玻璃纖維短切原絲氈Chopped Strand Mat
1.產品簡介：Introduction 短切原絲氈或簡稱短切氈是將玻璃纖維原絲短切成50mm長度，均勻地降落在平面網上，用聚酯粉末（或乳液）粘結劑在一定溫度下使其粘結而制成的一種玻璃纖維無紡增強材料。
2.產品特點：Features 樹脂浸透快、脫泡性好，最大限度的保證生產效率并降低成本。 Quick wetting and rapid air release, Maximum molding productivity and reduced cost. 厚薄均勻，保證用戶產品各部分同質 Excellent thickness uniformity,Consistent customer part quality. 極好的干燥保留性，提高生產效率并減少在展卷、裁剪和搬動中材料的損失 Superb dry integrity,Enhances productivity and reduces materials losses during unrolling, cutting and piece handling. 卷徑小，卷繞密實，貨物搬運安全、高效。 Small diameter, very dense rolls,Safe and efficient material handling.
3.產品應用：Applications   短切氈作為一種主要的玻璃纖維無紡增強材料，是FRP手胡工藝中用量最大的增強材料，也用于一些機械成型工藝，如RTM、纏繞、模壓等。典型產品有：各種板材、船艇、浴室成套設備、汽車部件和冷卻塔等。

5.包裝：Packaging 福業復材所產短切氈，使用直徑為76mm的紙管卷取，氈卷包覆聚乙烯塑料袋并裝入瓦楞紙箱。如要求托盤包裝時，每托盤豎放16或12箱，橫放9或6箱。托盤堆高不大于2層，紙箱堆高不超過5層。 Chopped strand mat from Fuye Composite , is wound on cardboard tube of 76mm inside diameter , after covered with a polyethylene plastic bag, then packaged with a cardboard box . If packaged with pallet , there should be 16 or 12 cartons placed vertically on each pallet; 9 or 6 cartons placed horizontally on a pallet . The pallets should be stocked 2 layers high maximum ,and the cartons 5 layers maximum when stocked .
6.貯存：Storage 產品應置于干燥、涼爽處，儲存溫度10-35°C，濕度35-65的環境下最佳。若不用，請勿打開包裝，以免受潮，影響使用。 The product should be stored in dry and cool place where is the best condition if has the temperature5-35°C and the humidity 35-65°C. Unless use , the package must be kept intact in order to prevent moisture away 。
